Expanded Metal Mesh Panel Product Description
The low carbon galvanized sheet 2mm hexagonal hole expanded metal mesh is produced from high-quality low carbon steel. The sheet undergoes a galvanization process before or after expansion to provide corrosion resistance and enhance durability. Unlike perforated metal, expanded metal is created by simultaneously slitting and stretching the sheet, forming a continuous mesh without removing any material. This process maintains the structural integrity of the steel sheet while creating uniform hexagonal openings.Due to the different hole shapes, it is called: diamond stretched mesh, hexagonal stretched mesh; because the material is different ,known as: stainless steel expanded metal wire mesh, low carbon expanded metal mesh, aluminum expanded metal mesh, etc.
